On the record.

Do not take our word for any of this, the record below is on the public register, for anyone to check.

1

Accountability

AusNiu answers under the laws and regulations of both Australia and Papua New Guinea, including the Mining Act 1992 and the Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) framework, as an Australian-founded company, incorporated and resident in PNG, with its officers named on the public register of each country.

Everything we do is put in writing: tribute agreements, method statements, survey reports. Written work can be checked, and checked work can be trusted.

Commitments register

Worded as commitments, not achievements, because that is what they are today. Each entry expands.

1 Operate lawfully in both jurisdictions

We operate under the mining, environmental and workplace-safety laws of both Australia and Papua New Guinea, including the Mining Act, CEPA environmental requirements and mine-safety obligations, and hold every approval a workplan requires before work begins.

2 Every arrangement in writing

Every tribute arrangement is put in writing before any machine moves, and we report against it honestly, on the schedule the agreement fixes.

3 Publish where the work stands

We publish our current activity, including a production figure of nil for as long as nil is the truth.

4 Build the community partnership

We build the partnership with the Collective Empowerment Foundation, engage landowners and host communities with fair benefit-sharing, and report outcomes as they happen.

5 Returns without compromise

We run disciplined, efficient operations built to maximise returns for lease holders, and we never trade transparency or accountability to get there.

2

Transparency

We publish registers, not promises. Every company fact on this site carries a link to the public register that holds it, the reader verifies with the authority, never with us.

The same rule covers the numbers we would rather not publish: production to date is nil, and that row stays on this site until the truth changes it.

The ground we work

Papua New Guinea, the country our work serves, from the Western Province lowlands to the highlands.

3

Community first

Mining that lasts is mining the community wants. AusNiu partners with the Collective Empowerment Foundation, an ACNC-registered Australian charity, on programs in solar power, clean water, health and education.

We frame every community undertaking as a commitment, not an achievement, and we will report outcomes as they happen, the same standard we apply to production.

4

Custodian mindset

We work on other people's land and water, under lease holders' titles. That makes us custodians, not owners, of the ground, the river and the relationship.

We run disciplined, efficient operations built to maximise returns for lease holders, and we never trade transparency or accountability to get there.
