Service 01
Tribute mining, on the record.
An ML or AML holder keeps the lease; AusNiu operates it under a written tribute or contract arrangement; the holder receives the agreed share. That is the whole model — and everything about it goes on paper.

The model
How a tribute arrangement works
Agreement in writing
Scope, share, duration, environmental obligations and reporting are agreed and signed before any machine moves.
AusNiu operates the lease
We mobilise equipment and crew and run the alluvial operation to the agreed method statement.
The holder receives the agreed share
Returns are reported honestly against the written agreement, on a schedule fixed in the agreement.
Loops in the thread — one, two, three services.
The lease never leaves the holder.
Roles
Who brings what
What the holder keeps
- The lease title — it stays in your name throughout
- The land relationship and landowner standing
- The agreed share, defined in writing before work begins
What AusNiu brings
- Alluvial mining equipment matched to the ground
- An operating crew and a written method statement
- Honest reporting against the written agreement
Method
Alluvial only
AusNiu specialises in alluvial gold — riverine and terrace gravels worked with gravity recovery. We do not take on hard-rock or open-pit projects, and we say so plainly.
Every operation is planned around water management and progressive rehabilitation, and sized to the lease — from small-scale AML workings to mechanised ML operations.
Alluvial only — not hard rock
